Plugins

Plugins are an easy way to add more functionality to your website. Some of them have already been activated and set up with your starter site. The Advancement Tech Team can assist you for setting up some of the others, if desired. Any new plugins, not part of the BirdPress repository, needs to be discussed and vetted by the Tech Team.

Note: Some plugins in the repository are site-specific and cannot be used without paid premium credentials.

Contact Form 7

If you want a basic contact form on your website, enable the Contact Form 7 plugin. You can read FAQ and docs from their website.

A contact form can be added to the content using the Contact Form 7 block under widgets.

Disqus

Integrate Disqus comments on your website. See more on disqus.com.

Editoria11y Accessibility Checker

See more on our Editoria11y Accessibility Checker page.

MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress

Add eNews sign up. See documentation on mc4wp.com.

A Mailchimp form can be added to the content using the Mailchimp for WordPress block under widgets or by using the shortcode provided by the form. It’s best to set up the form as a synced pattern so it can be added anywhere on the site and modified on one place.

For Tech Team to set up. See MailChimp Set-Up for more.
