Link to a text file

Add a transcript link below the video that links to a text (txt) transcript file. It can be added to the caption text or as a link directly below the embed. A sample containing both options is below.

To add a transcript file:

  • Go to the media library
  • Upload the txt file
  • Click on it to open the media editor
  • Click the “Copy URL to clipboard” text
  • Use the copied URL to add a link titled “Transcript”
  • If adding the link as text under the video, you can offset if from other content by aligning the paragraph to the right and using the small font size option in the styles panel.
